Uganda has a high rate of mobile device usage, making mobile apps an ideal solution for expanding access. Binary Labs Solution was brought in to develop an Android and iOS app that bridged the gap between tailors and customers while offering convenient features like chat, notifications, and order tracking.

User-friendly mobile experience with clean UI
Our UI/UX team crafted a clutter-free design using Flutter, prioritizing simplicity, legibility, and touch responsiveness — resulting in an intuitive user journey for all ages.
Tailor discovery by location, rating, or category
We integrated GPS-based filtering so users could discover tailors nearby or sort by style, rating, or category — promoting tailored matchmaking and visibility.
Order placement with fabric preferences, measurements, and deadlines
The app included smart forms with drop-downs and text fields for users to detail their orders, including uploading images, selecting fabrics, and specifying delivery dates.
Push notifications for order status updates
We enabled real-time push notifications for events like "Order Received", "In Progress", and "Ready for Delivery", improving trust and satisfaction.
